DISC – Psychologist William Moulton Marston came up with the theory that a person’s behavior is defined by four aspects: Dominance, Inducement, Submission, and Compliance. Psychologist Walter Vernon Clarke used the DISC theory to come up with an assessment tool. The DISC module actually profiles behavior.
